Maestro 3250 will not boot past magellan screen.

When I talked with Magellan tech support they told me the GPS would not be recognized until the unit was sent in to be repaired. The screen was frozen on the start up screen. When asked how much it would cost, they said they had a customer loyalty program and would sell me a new GPS or a refurbished one if I sent in my old one. They could not just repair mine. The cost was more than a new unit on e-bay. No more Magellan products for me.

you need windows xp or 2000 os to see any magellan gps..if you have one of those, try another cord if you have one..always use a usb port on the rear of the pc when ever possible.
