Fridge evap freezing over

I have a samsung RS265LABP. I bought the samsung rs265labp service rpair manuel to fix my problem. My thermo fuse checks ok and thermo sensor checks ok acording to temp vs ref chart. I cant find the specs on the element its not open. I orderd a pcb control board as process of elimination, after reading a couple of articals on like fridges the element was being replaced. Am i barking up the wrong tree or am i on the right track. There isnt a samsung repair man where i live and samsung wont help me as my 1 year warr is up. Any sugestions will be helpful thanks

A friend had a similar problem; he found that the compressor was
getting overheated. He fixed an axial-fan inside the control box
to keep the compressor cool, and things worked out OK.

The fridge wont cool down

check to see if the freezewr evaportor is frozen up. you have to take the panel off inside of the freezer to see that all of the ice is gone,. but be carefull becaquse theres stryofoam inside that acts like a air duct to channel thee air across the coil the right way.
