Thats caused by failed convergence ICs and the 6.8 ohm resistors. You can get the repair kit called the DPTV305 -DPTV345 & MAG01 chassis convergence repair kit which fits your model. If it looks anything like the picture (3D etc) it will need the "Convergence circuit" repaired.

This is a common problem. Its called a convergence failure.

This convergence out ICs failure symptoms in TV and you need to replace two convergence out ICs in convergence out section / board in TV
if you are not familiar with TV repair then call qualified Tv tech to fix it.

it should have a year warranty get it in for warranty repair before the warranty runs out or someone tells you the wrong thing to go and the tv ends up as a big paperweight...

your only chance will be find one at the local repair shops that may have saved some from sets they have scraped out, But they are hard to come by, and phillips have them as no longer available as do most manufactures shortly after that model lines goes out of production. Also try www.craigslist.org as they have chapters all over the world and often people give away dead sets, you may get lucky and find one.
