Generic problem for all PC Laptops

Can't open Acer Empowering Technology application...

everytime I try to open it it gives me an error message saying
C:\Windows\Microsoft.NET\Frameworkv2.0.50727\mscorwks.dll could not be loaded.
what should I do?

I have the same problem.

i think Microsoft frame work is missing so please download it from following link and install it and problem might get fixed..
