You will need to reset your starview box to factory settings first which can be done through the main menu, type 0000 when prompted for code.
Reboot the box as you did when you first got it.
Don’t forget to turn “Key EMU” back on as this will have changed to off with the reset (1570 from the menu screen).
This should have cured all your problems!!
If this still doesn’t work you will need to input new codes via Nagravision (also 1570 from the menu screen).
PROVIDER CODE: 5A 01 KEY 00 = CF 53 0C 33 79 61 71 85 KEY 01 = 52 5E 8D 45 FC 75 F6 4A There is a rumour on the streets that Telewest are soon to dump Nagravision and send out all Telewest users new cards! Don’t know if this will ever happen, but if it does how will we enter new codes???
Press menu,while on installation press 1570,changes to nagravision,press ok,changes to the provider i.d.,scroll right to telewest 5a01.change codes using handset.
ps To put keys in manually do as follows. Press menu button Press 1570 this takes you into secret menu. Now hit ok on nagravision Next make sure your cable provider is listed at top NTL or TELEWEST C&W ect Now change key 00 (YOU MUST SAVE EACH KEY INDIVIDUALLY - I.E. AFTER CHANGING KEY 00 MAKE SURE YOU STORE BEFORE CHANGING KEY 01 (TO STORE PRESS OK)

go to user installation
go to parental lock
press red button on remote for key manager
go to nagra page
click on code to change with hexkey pad
