A motor must have fuel, spark, and compression or it will not start up.
No start is linked to dozens of possibilities.
No gas / bad gas or simply not getting the gas flow
No spark / bad spark plug or wire......
No compression
Battery ok?
Stuck float or other Carb related issues
electrical issues
head gasket
coil
ignition / ignition switch
valves / timing
There are just too many possibilities to make a reasonable diagnosis without more info.
kill switch in off position
SOURCE: honda trx350 shorting and blowing 30amp fuse
find what is on fuse unhook one at time till find problem then repaig wires to or replace part.
