Yes you can but you must connect the router you want add as a secondary one to the computer without it being connected to the network and make changes to it. These vary from model to model.
A better option is to add a "switch" these are cheap devices that are trully just plug in and forget. plug one into your router and then just plug the rest into the switch.
They are available in a large amount of combinations from simple 4 port to 48 port or more
will give you an idea on prices but if you go with a switch or HUB as they are sometimes called then always get one with more ports that you need and if you can get one that covers gigabit speeds that will be more useful in the future.
If you still want to do the router thing then lookup the router model you want to use along with the words "use as switch" or "use as hub"
