Question about Samsung Headsets
I have a Samsung WEP200 Bluetooth headset which I love, but the ear bud that fits in your ear is getting old. I can't find the others which came with the phone. I looked all over the web including the Samsung site, Google and e-Bay, but could find no option other than to buy either ear hooks or a whole new headset. Any suggestions?
how long have you had them and if it's less than 30 days exchange them i sold plantronics and had alot of returns every day so.....

This sounds like a definite problem of the headphones themselves. What I would suggest for you to do is to get into contact with their customer support. They have 24-hour support available by calling 1-888-PLANTRONICS. I have actually had a similar experience with a pair of their headphones and I called them up. They were very kind and helpful and had a replacement set shipped out to me right away. Good luck!
