The error code:
A.MAIN BODY
1.Drive: F13-01 A trouble detection signal is detected two consecutive times.in 4 sec. after turning ON of M4 paper feed.The machine stop immediatly and main RL1 is turned OFF.
F 13-02 A trouble detection signal is detected 2 consecutive times in 2 sec.after turning ON of M101 LT paper feed.
F 13-03 An M6 trouble detection loop roller.If there is a paper in copying proces when this trouble occurs,the machine stops after completion of copied paper ejection and main RL1 is turned OFF.
2.Tray 1 : F 18-10 M19 up drive 1 trouble detection signal is detected whwn the M19 is ON.The machine stops and RL1 OFF.
F 18-11 PS 20 upper tray limit 1 which has been OFF is not turned ON in 10 sec.of upward movement started by turning ON of M19.At this time 24Voff is detected.Error code is not displayed on operation panel.
F 18-12 PS20 which has beenOFF is not turned ON.At this time blown fuse is detected.
F 18-13 PS20 which has been OFF is not turned ON.No trouble detection signal detected.
3.Tray 2. F 18-20 Whwn M20 up drive 2 is ON an M20 error detection .The copier stops immeditely.
F 18-21 PS 21 tray paper limit 2 which has been OFF is not turned ON whitin 10 sec.of upward movement.At this time 24Voff is detected.
F 18-22 Blown fuse detected.
F 18-23 No trouble detection signal is detected.
4.Tray 3 F 18-30 Whwn M21 up drive 3 is ON,an M21 trouble detection.
F 18-31 PS 22 tray upper limit 3 24Voff detected.
F 18-32 Blown fuse.
F 18-33 No trouble detection.
B.LCT (Large Capacity Tray):
F 18-40 When M100 LT up/down is ON an M100 abnormal detection signal has been continuosly detected for one second.The machine turned OFF.
F 18-41 PS 109 LT upper limit detection.Abnormal detection signal 24Voff M100 is detected.
F 18-42 PS 109 or PS 101 LT lower limit detection.Blown fuse detected.
F 18-43 No abnormal detection signal is detected.
C. BY PASS TRAY
F 18-51 PS 23 tray upper limit or PS 43 tray lower limit which has been OFF is not turned ON whitin 10 sec. of upward or downward movement started by turninf ON of M22 up/down by pass motor. A trouble detection signal 24Voff.
F 18-52 Blown fuse.
F 18-53 No trouble detection signal.
In these case the operation panel displays jam error J 10-01.It is reset by paper reload.Error code is displayed on data collection list output.
D.WIRE CLEANING ABNORMALITY
F 21-01 When SW1 the main switch has been ON and PS 41 charging wire cleaning pad has been OFF PS 41 is not turned ON whitin 35 sec.of home position search operation started by turning ON of M23 charger cleaning.Blown fuse is not detected.PS 41 is not turned OFF whitin 15 sec.after start of reversal operation,at this time blown fuse is not detected.
F 21-02 When SW1 has been ON and PS41 has been OFF PS is not turned ON of home position search operation forward started by turning ON of M23.Blown fuse is detected.
F 21-03 A motor lock signal is detected during the cleaning pad moving from the PS 42 charging wire cleaning pad limit side to the PS 41 side.After retry the lift motor lock signal is detected.
F 21-04 PS 11 transfer separation wire cleaning pad HP amd N18 transfer /separation claning motor trouble,at the blown fuse is not detected.(PS 12 T/S wire cleaning pad limit).
F 21-05 Blown fuse detection.
F 21-06 A motor lock signal is detected during movement from the PS 12 side to the PS 11 side.After retry the fifth motor lock signal is detected.
E.MOTOR ABNORMALITY
F 23-01 A trouble detection signal is detected two consecutive times the first signal is ignored in 7 sec.after turning ON of M15 toner supply 2.
F 23-02 Because a trouble detection signal had been detected one sec.after turning ON M3 developing motor,M3 was turned OFF for 0.5 sec and On again.
F 23-03 An M 14 cleaning blade motor trouble .
F 23-04 The drum ready 1 signal is not detected turning ON M2 drum drive motor.Truble detection 24Voff.
F 23-05 M2,M14 trouble ,blown fuse is detected.
F 23-06 No trouble detection.
F 23-07 The blade replacement signal is not detected,24Voff.
F 23-08 Blade replacement signal not detected and M14 trouble blown fuse.
F 23-09 The blade ready signal is not detected after turning ON of the blade replacement signal.
F 23-10 The drum ready 2 signal is not detected after turning ON M2.
F 23-11 A trouble detection signal blown fuse is detected when M11 toner supply 1 is turned ON.
F 24-01 One ,imutes after starting control over the HTR1 drum heater at depression of SW1 the change in TH5 drun temperature temperature is 2C or less and the drum temp.is 10C or lower.
F 24-02The drum temp. is 60C or highter.
F 24-04 Drum heater short circuit.
F>HIGH VOLTAGE POWER SUPPLY ABNORMALITY
F 28-01 The charging ON/OFF operation has been performed five consecutive times since the charging trouble detection signal was detected at start of charging.
F 28-02 The toner transfer ON/OFF operation has been performed five consecutive times since the transfer trouble detection signel was detected at start of toner transfer.
F 28-03 The toner separation ON/OFF operation has been performed five consecutive times since the separation trouble detection signal was detected at start of toner separation.
If there is a paper in copiyng process when this jam occurs,the machine stops after completion of copied paper ejection.
F 28-04 An HV2 high voltage unit 2 trouble(blown 24V fuse).
G.PROCESS ABNORMALITY
F 29-01 The Dmax sensor is dirty during Dmax correction.If this trouble is detected 10 succesive times,the corresponding service code is displayed.The main body stops immeditely.
F 29-02 The rotation speed of the developing sleeve reached the max value during Dmax correction.
F 29-03 The control patch is not output during Dmax correction,no output from the Dmax sensor.Error code is not displaying on operation panel,main body control is performed using previous data.
F 29-04 The y sensor is dirty during y correction.If E 29-4 or E 29-7 is detected 10 consecutive times,the corresponding error code is displayed.
F 29-05 The control patch is not output during y correction.
F 29-06 A regression error occured when the y curve was obtained for y correction.
F 29-07 The y sensor is dirty.
F 29-08 Dot diameter correction ended whith an abnormal value.
F 29-09 A drum surface potential of over 100V was detected 5 or more times when a 0V check was performed by drum potential sensor.If this trouble is detected 5 succesive times,the corresponding error code is displayed.
F 29-10 The control patch is not output because VI exceeds 350V during drum potential correction.
F 29-11 Drum potential correction is not completed if its made 10 or more times.
F 29-12 Automatic adjust of the transfer current is not completed.
F 29-13 Automatic adjust of the separation AC current is not completed.
F 29-14 Atu adj. of the separation DC current is not completed.
F 29-15 Auto adj. of the developing bias DC current incomplet.
H>FAN ABNORMALITY
F 32-01 FM 2 EM developing suction fan trouble(24Voff).
F 32-02 FM 2 blown fuse.
F 32-03 The FM2 signal was abnormal after turning developing suction ON.
F 32-04 FM 1 paper exit fun trouble.24V off.
F 32-05 FM 1 blown fuse.
F32-06 FM 1 EM signal abnormal.
F 32-07 FM1 signal becomes faulty after completion of printing.
I.ADU STAND MOTOR ABNORMALITY
F 33-01 M12 registration motor error.
F 33-02 M5 paper reverse/exit motor trouble.
F 33-03 M9 transfer motor error.
F 33-04 M10 paper exit motor.
F 33-05 M16 Web drive.
F 33-06 M16 which has been OFF is turned ON error 24V off blown fuse in normal condition.
J.TOO HIGH FIXING TEMPERATURE
F 34-01 TH1 fixing temperature has detected 210C or more 5 consec.times at intervals of 1 sec.
F 34-02 TH3 fixing temp 230C or more.
F 34-03 Overheating 228C or higher was dwtwcted for TH1 and TH2 output voltage by the comparator circuit.
F 34-04 Overheating 228C or higher.
K.TOO LOW FIXING TEMPERATURE
F 35-01 TH1 does not detect 50C or higher when 180 sec have passed since fixing ON control started at depression of SW1.
F 35-02 TH3 does not detected 50C.
L.FIXING SENSOR
F 36-01 TH 1 has detected 200C or higher.
F 36-02 TH 3 has detected 220C.
F 36-03 Underheaing -6C or less of TH1.
F 36-04 Underheating detect TH3.
F 36-05 nderheating or overheating 240,5C or more detec TH2
F 36-06 Underheating or overheating.TH4
M.SCANNER ABNORMALITY
F 41-01 PS5 scanner home position sensor,PS7 ADF brake or M13 scanner drive error.
F 41-02 Scanner blown fuse.
