Question about RCA F32665 32" TV
I WAS MOVING MY TV WHEN I RIPPED THE PART THE CABLE PLUGS INTO OFF OF THE BACK OF THE TV. I WENT TO RADIO SHACK AND BOUGHT A COAX F CONNECTOR. I CAN'T FIGURE OUT HOW TO PUT IT ON. I DON'T KNOW MUCH OF ANYTHING ABOUT TV'S. SHOULD I JUST CALL A REPAIR MAN?
Hi, some of those units have whats called a "RF cable" running from the back of the set to the tuner, and some are directly spot welded to the tuner, you need to remove the back from your set and see if yours is a short cable to the tuner, otherwise you have to replace the whole tuner, check the back of your set and you`ll see on a sticker the complete model number, (few numbers or letters after F32665) this is referred to as the service model number and I can look up exactly what you need to change
