Question about Washing Machines
I have a 15 year old top loading ge washer that one tennant copmplains is leaveing a white film on her cloths. She says it just started doing this and she has not changed her detergent. I'm wondering if a leaky transmission would do this? Let me know what you think. I don't know the model number.
Is she using powdered soap? if so shes been using too much. shell need to clean out the washer. a bottle of white vinager in a hot water wash with no clothes will clean it out. tell her to cut back on the soap. the box will say use a whole scoop. but thats just to get you to buy more soap. you only need half of that
