The dispenser control board locked up and is not in lock mode. It is currently on water setting (light above water is on) and cannot be switched to ice, crush, lock, or light. The express fill button still works so I wonder if it is the control board, keyboard, or something else.
Thanks for any help!

- Got the manual, thanks very much. While the manual you sent was for a JSD2695KES, will it also work for mine which is a JCD2295KES?
Based on the service manual and its dispenser troubleshooting guide, it says that the PCB needs to be replaced. Is the PCB the control board that is attached to the back of the dispenser? Since the problem continues to be that the other functions (lock, cube, crush, light) cannot be selected I tried to go through the service tests which would allow me to activate the other functions.I performed the service tests as shown on page 48 and tests 161 and 162 allowed me to operate the ice crushing and cube functions via the dispersing actuator, so I know those functions DO WORK. Do these tests utilize the dispenser control board? I then did test 182 which is the LED indicator operation. When executed, it illuminated ALL led lights on the main control board and the door dispenser keypad. So in light of these tests, does this prove that the door dispenser keypad is fault in that those other buttons (lock, cube, crush, light) no longer work?
Thanks,

- So do you think I should try replacing the keyboard first or the dispenser control board?
