Question about Toshiba Satellite A100-S8111TD Notebook
Maybe this is a dumb question. I have a new Toshiba Satellite A100. For some unknown reason, every now and then the keys on the right side (the ones that have blue and red characters on them) go "funky". When it is working, the blue characters are the ones that should be coming up when pressed. Occasionally for no reason it switches to the red ones???? Help would be greatly appreciated as it it quite annoying. The only way I've found to fix it is to shut down whatever program I'm typing in and restart. Sometimes I have to do it more than once. Is there a quick way to fix this. I've tried the Fn lock but then letters like O and P don't work. Grr. Frustrating.
Uhmm sir my diagnosis is your keyboard has a problem.you need to replace it to a new one.try to return it to your store where you bought it.it has service/parts warranty.
