My charge port is messed up and wont let me charge

The charger could be messed up .. and the sensor
between the charger and the phone is not working , i had this problem and it was my charger not my phone

Before you conclude that its the charging port i think you need to test another compartible charger and see if it works or you could open your phone with a phone screwdriver and dust the charging port and try it if it works.If it doesn't work then you would need to replace the charging port.Temporarily you can use a desktop charger to charge your batterywhile the port is being replace.

As you have mentioned that your charging port is damaged of your phone than I will suggest you to get it checked from an LG repair shop. Trying other option might damage your phone and it might not function the normal way after damage.

Well, in my experinece, one of two issues. You said your charger port is bad. Thats not good. It will give you enough juice to barely turn the phone on and it goes out. MOST phones will do that. IF you know your charger port works, try a new battery, if it doesnt you have to get the charger port fixed as it will just constantly act as if the phone is dead, even if you put a new battery in it, it will blink on, touch a button eats up the battery bars and dies. craigslist.org usually has alot of cell phone repair people on it. depends on your community.

Your port could be messed up or it could be the charger. Take it in to verizon and they will look at it for free.

The charger charges the battery independent of the phone. It is the only one I have found and it works GREAT. I had a couple issues at first but the rep, Matt, bent over backwards to resolve them. I would recommend this charger and company to anybody. The charger is a universal charger and will charge other cell phone batteries as well. The only con is that it does take a little longer to charge than using the port.

Same thing happened. The charging port is broken.

The red "Pwr End" button both inside and outside is how you turn it on or off.

Sounds like you need a trip to the Verizon store or call Verizon
