Basically.....no, but you can add a PCI IDE controller card fairly cheap.

The Cheapest way to resolve your issue is to go to Fry's Electronics or a Computer Part Store like Staples and get a PCI IDE controller to plug into a PCI slot. This is cheaper than a new replacement motherboard in all cases. The IDE controller is built into the motherboard, so there is no small replacement part that can be ordered for this problem.
