TV TRY TO TURN ON BUT DOES NOT TURN ON

Most cases with this problem, it's a power supply RELATED problem. It maybe something simple like a blown fuse on the board. Electronic stores like Radio Shack will carry fuses for the TV. If the fuse isn't the problem, we're talking about a bad capacitor or transformer on the board.
If you have some electronic experience, you can sometimes find a repair manual over the internet for less than $20. It mostly called a Service Manual. It will have diagrams, schematics, and part numbers for the TV.
