Bathroom fan makes a sound but the system does not remove bad odor from the bathroom. In addition, we recently had to do a paint job because of mold. The Super said the only way to repair/fix it is to break the bathroom wall. I am certain my stingy landlord will not want to bear the expense. Is there anything we can do that will not cost hundred of dollars.
