Problem for Panasonic Viera 32" LCD-TV TX-32LX70 TV

4'' black strip on right of screen when using xbox elite

When I turn on my xbox elite there is a strip of black about 4'' on the right of the screen and I can't see the 4'' that is missing of the picture on the left, any ideas?? I have a panasonic viera and I use a HDMI cable.
