All the other buttons work except the start button!

The button will not come on. All other buttons work. I have turned the power off at the breaker for 30 min and still nothing. I cant run a diag test because you need the start button!

Same problem. A repair man said we need a new control board.

Just outside warrentee the door handle became loose on one side... simple right? I took off the front panel to figure out how to get to the handle bolts and fugured out I need to go thru the front panel (stainless side). Easy.. yes. I tightened the door handle and put it back together. Now, none of the buttons work.

I did not event touch the electrical components and I am frustrated. Help!

in that case it could be door switch ,try it with door open and see is it the same
