Hi,
A 6ya expert can help you resolve that issue over the phone in a minute or two.
Best thing about this new service is that you are never placed on hold and get to talk to real repairmen in the US.
The service is completely free and covers almost anything you can think of (from cars to computers, handyman, and even drones).
click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.
Good luck!

When I connect my MP3 player to my computer to delete some files it says there are no files on it, but when i use it, it has 154 files on it and they play perfectly on it. I asked my brother what to do and he said I should format it, but when i try to format it it won`t let me. I can`t get music off, nor on it, and it is driving me mad, please help.
I was given a Sansa M230 that has songs stored on it. I added music, and Windows Media Player says theres no more room. I synced it and some of the songs in the library which I deleted. Thinking they would be deleted from the Sansa as well. The deleted songs are still on the Sansa. Surprised and frustrated upon realizing this, I noticed a number of songs hadn't even appeared in the Media Player library. They are listed and play on the device, but are somehow hidden from my computer so I can take any action. I can't figure it out, or how to delete them. I followed you instructions and did the START MY COMPUTER STORAGE DEVICE MUSIC FOLDER as instructed. The songs weren't listed in any of the folders. Please help!! What to do? Sweetthing1959@msn.com
