Have Aiwa NSX-V9090 Stereo with jammed cassette. I removed the cassette; however the system still thinks it's in there? When I power up the system it tries to play the tape the stops. I am not able to load or play cassettes. Any ideas?

Check with a small torch, to ensure that there is no tape broken arround the pinch roller or head, if there was no tape broken away, between the pinch roller and the cassette head there is a white cassette bar, this may have become bent.

Where can i get a owners manual for an AIWA home stereo system model number cx-nma845?

ManualsLib has the manual here: https://www.manualslib.com/products/Aiwa-Cx-Nma845-5886493.html . SearsPartsDirect also has the manual here: https://www.searspartsdirect.com/manual/1m0bt3vgnd-001547/aiwa-nsx-ma845-compact-stereo-system-parts . Note: the system model number is NSX-MA845; this includes the front, center and surround speakers. The CD stereo cassette receiver is CX-NMA845.

I hope this helps.

I have a nsx-9000 cassette deck will not play.

Make a note of how the belt fits, then remove it and measure the diameter. Then buy a replacement, belts do go bad from time to time, so a new one might cure the problem. Put the diameter size (to the nearest mm result, IE: 50 or 55mm, not 52mm! Into google and "cassette belt" and you should find one for the job.

Cassette door stuck closed

Firstly: do not think about forcing the cassette door! Look inside the unit. You need to hand rotate the capstan flywheel a bit,( a large-ish metal disc attached to the motor via a rubber drive belt.)That should release the powered deck mechanism and allow ejection. Then buy a new drive belt , so that problem does not recurr. Good Luck
