Yep same thing happened to me three times!
Completely dead!
Twice under warranty and once out of warranty.
Denon Australia don't want to know about it and basicly said BAD LUCK !
FRANK from Audio Products Group ( Australian denon distributors) even admitted there was a problem with that (and other denon models) of a fault on the the power output stages and claimed my amp was fully upgraded on the second time in for repair and will not give the go ahead to have it repaired out of warranty
I argued that the original problem was never fixed but FRANK from denon Australia didn't want a bar of it.
I suggest taking the shocking (bordering on criminal) after sales service into consideration when thinking of buying any denon products.
NEVER BUY A DENON FROM AUSTRALIA be warned.
