Hi I have inserted a memory card into my SGH-J700i but it is not recognising it and i cant find out if there is something I need to do to install it, please help. Michelle

Try re-formatting the card on a computer. If that doesn't work try the card in another phone, it could be bad. Hard reset your phone may help as well. Some cards just do not work in some phones...I had a lot of trouble with kingston so I use only sandisc now.

I think you don't have to install anything. Is the memory card insert correctly?
