Phone problem I have the ge model # 25881ee3 phone, and I have lost the wners manual and I cannot figure out how to link the handsets with the base, hopefully you can help.

At the corded base set go to link handset go to 1 press flash/programm you will be asked to waiting for registration with handset, then go to handset go link base there also click on yes and again on flash/programm button you will be connected

You have to unplug everything, take the batteries out of all the phones, wait ten minutes and then plug everything back in. Mine does this once or twice a week... they won't give me my money back.
Per the instruction manual, there is supposed to be a switch on the base (look on the back or bottom) for TONE/PULSE mode.

Make sure the TONE/PULSE setting on the base is set to the type of phone service you are subscribed to.
