hi,
u formated the data(mp3s) and the players
firmware with them.

do get the firmware installer here:

http://www.sony.co.uk/product/nws-e-series/nw-e107

reinstall the firmware and audio manager

and next time just erase all the mp3s only (via file manager or windows exploerer
instead of blanking the whole player :-)

yes i think u not convert ur music 4 ur player. for it u need transfer ur music only mp3 format. if not it will not work. if not formated then format ur music by converted software.
