My Acer laptop's CD/DVD drive keeps failing to work. i bought the PC a year ago and have had this problem 3 times. i took it to Geeksquad and they couldn't figure it out. All they did was a system restore to its original settings. Any idea what my problem is? I rarely used it and have very few programs on my PC. Should i just keep reseting it and suck it up, buy a new drive OR ?????

??? to restore to factory settings i use F10 while its booting up correct?
