How do I wire GE# 15351 24hr mechanical timer switch for 110 volt outdoor landscape lights

15351 is 240 Volt timer... requires 240 Volt to run clock motor.
You need a neutral wire to connect 120 Volt lights.

15351 has same wiring as Tork 1104

How do you delete a program Intermatic hb88rc

Try removing battery, and then reprogram timer.

Some timers are reset when battery is removed.
Newer digital timers keep programs in memory when battery is removed, but in that case the instruction manual shows steps for resetting timer and deleting programs.

The HB88RC manual does not show steps for deleting programs or resetting timer.

Tork 1104 is wired 120 vac. hot wire connected to L with jumper wire to 1.hot wire for outdoor lights connected to X. nuetral wires are wire nutted together. not connected to timer. clock not working....

The clock isn't working because the Tork 1104 clock motor requires 240 volts. Jumping the 120 volts over from terminal L to terminal 1 doesn't make it 240 volts. You need another 120 volt leg (180 degrees out of phase) to do that. The Tork 1103 timer is what you need, or change the 1104 clock motor to a 120 volt.

The clock has stopped. I have to turn it manually. Its an outdoor timer with a cover.

If the clock dial does not rotate >> and the manual override works >> the the clock motor is bad.

The clock motor is replaceable. Snap out the insides, and the clock is attached with 2 small screws >>> sometimes these take a start screwdriver from the auto parts store.

On the inside cover of your timer is a sheet showing the clock voltage. Some clocks are 240 Volts, some are 120 Volts.

The back of the clock also has identifying numbers.

You say the timer is outdoor. A pool timer is probably 240Volt timer, with a 240Volt clock.
If the timer controls the sprinkler or lights, then the clock motor is probably 120V, with 120V clock motor

Grainger sells 120 and 240 clocks for the T100 series timer

A+ sells a long list of Intermatic clock motors
http://www.aplussupply.com/intermatic/timermotors.htm

If your timer is an Intermatic, you can also buy the whole timer, and then swap the insides without changing the box.

Intermatic outdoor timer T8845Pv won't come on manually or auto

My first thought would be to make sure that there is power to the timer, 120 volts. Then I would check the wiring for the lights. then I would check the output of the timer with a voltage meter looking for the 24 volts.
