I agree. The best thing you can do is take it apart
again and try to figure out where the small part goes. Here is a Link to
a repair guide for the LG Shine that I wrote. You can follow along with
it, and identify from the pictures where the small part belongs.
Hope this helps.
Best thing to do is take it apart again and look it over very carefully or if you dont care as long as the phone works you should be ok it just depends on the part you left out
