- please install the print driver and there is a CD that come with the machine or download to konica minolta web site.

- Hi Sabir, Your printer can be network in two ways. one is locally connected to a server or to the network hub/router. Even your network is wireless wired using ethernet patch cable it does not make no different. You may use the server CD Rom drive to install the driver for the printer. Just load the CD to the driver and the CD auto run it will look for the printer ip address and just follow what will be at the screen choose postscript driver, then have a test print before you complete the setup. Next go to you PC open an internet browser on the address bar type in the ip address of the konica printer and press enter. There is a public and Administrator, sometimes this will log you in to public you have to log out and log in to administrator the password is 12345678 press enter. Click network tab there you can refined and configure it. The next is how to scan. SMB, Scan to box, scan to ftp and scan to email. I will suggest the best is scan to email. all you and to know is what is the smtp ip address or host name. Sometime host name will not work so to know what is the ip address is go to run in your computer and type cmd press enter. type in ping and the host name of the smtp press enter and the ip address will show, write the ip address and input that to printer web browser. turn on the authentication enter administrator email address and the create valid email address for the printer/ scanner enter to printer /scanner email address. input the user id and the password and click apply. go to scanner input your email address and press scan and see if this will send it to your email address. All setting can be access to the printer/scanner web browser. hope this this info will help you setup your printer/ scanner problem.
