Have error code print unable 51 what do I do to clear?

Most likely this is a print head issue. The print head is what the cartridges sit in inside of the printer. To attempt to resolve it, do the following:

(1) Open the printer
(2) Remove the ink cartridges from the print head.
(3) Use cotton swabs dipped in hot water or a mix of hot water and isopropyl alcohol to thoroughly clean the print head.
(4) Repeat this until there is no ink residue coming off on the cotton swab.
(5) Once finished, allow to dry and replace the cartridges
(6) Try to print something now

If that does not work then you have one of two possibilities:
(1) One of the ink cartridges is defective and causing the error
(2) If it's definitely not that, then the print head will need to be replaced.

Not getting hot water even after turning maxium

It depends what you're talking about here. Is this a shower?

The water is heated either by the boiler or an electric shower. Make sure the shower or faucet is receiving hot water. If it is receiving hot water, then the problem is with the thermostatic mixing cartridge. It has probably seized up inside with calcium, so your best bet is to just replace it. The flow of cold water is extremely low after replacing the Symmons mixing valve?

You may have installed the cartridge incorrectly. That is reverse flow direction. Please check. Please provide model number of the mixer you have used. It might be on this site. http://www.symmons.com/Bathroom-Products/Product-Categories/Tub-Shower-Systems.aspx

I have replaced moen 1225B cartridge and only get cold water no hot water

when installing a new cartridge you need to put stem grease on the o-rings or you are taking a great risk of cutting the o-rings upon installation. doing this will allow the cold water to mix with the hot causing this problem it is quite common for this to happen without the grease

Hello once I've turned my stand alone bath taps off the water keeps leaking out of the shower part even when the switching device is push were it's supposed to be any ideas

You have a bad O ring, and need to replace the cartridge, you will need to shut the water off before attempting to change the cartridge, you can shut the main water supply off, or you can shut the water off behind the surround at the mixing valve, take the cartridge to your local hardware store to match it up. Please remember to shut the water off !!!!
Hope this helps.

I have a Moen tub and shower system similar to the Moen 2919 Chateau two handle above. When I turn on the faucets up to 1/2 way everthing works fine. If I try to increase the water capacity by turning up...

To talk about your problem forces me to assume a few things.....If you allow the water to flow without cartridges and handles, the water must be flowing straight through the cartridge channels and out into the tub. It is not flowing through your tub spout or shower head when you test the water this way. If I'm correct, then the problem is isolated to the water mix operation. That means coming out of your spout or shower head. So now I have to ask a question. When you operate as normal (cartridges and handles installed) does your problem show up only on your shower head or does it also show up when operating out of the tub spout? If the problem is isolated to the shower head, try a head replacement. It may be partially plugged. If it's head or spout there may be something in the mixing pipe that only shifts around as pressure increases. I hope that is not your problem. It would require pulling those pipes out for inspection and most likely replacement. Nimsgame

Hot water slows to a trickle when lever turned to hot. Cold water has pressure. All other faucets in house have pressure

sounds like you have trash in hot side of value or cartridge...shut off water remove cartridge....check for trash....turn on water slowly to clear lines...may take 2 people to do this 1 to turn water on while other sees if water comes out both ports in value....look in cartridge to see if any clog....if you can get a bucket of soapy water before hand and wash cartridge under soapy water...reinstall and check....if water comes out off both ports without cartridge in...when you reinstall after cleaning it still no flow...you may need new cartridge,,,good luck

No cold water from Moen 2253 tub/shower valve, when i turn handle to cold I get hot water, when handle is turn to hot i get hot water

Here is a quick check to see if the cartridge may be at fault allowing the cold and hot to mix. Turn off the hot water supply, with hot water supply off turn faucet on. Turn to the hot and cold sides, If you have only cold water then your faucet cartridge is at fault or the cartridge housing is worn. Shut all supply valves and remove cartridge and inspect housing for signs of wear. If wear is visible a new shower valve is needes. If none visible replace cartridge. I have included a link of a PDF file an exploded parts list. I hope this helps in solving your problem. Please rate if the answer helps in any way. Good Luck and have a great week. Jeff

Water won't mix

Hi kwoccvc,

It sounds like you have got a bad cartridge. Rare but possible. When you flipped it and got opposite temperatures was the give away. As long as your volume was the same on both hot and cold, then the cartridge is bad>(

Please rate this response and good Luck, Phil
