Ringback Tones I purchased a ringback tone (thinking it was a NORMAL ringtone) and I can't figure out how to get rid of it. Does anyone know how? I can't find it in call settings or sound settings.

I had a ringback tone I put on my Samsung Eternity II, but I switched to an HTC inspire and the ringback showed up on the HTC and I don't know how to change it. Checked the manual and there is nothing on...

Call the provider (Dialing 611 from the phone is a simple way to reach them) and tell them you no longer want the ring back tone and they will be able to change it. The ringback tone is associated with the number, not the device.

Set a ringtone for a text message SYNC SGH-A707

"My Effect Tones" can only be MMF files. Ringtones can be WAV, MMF, MP3, etc... as long as the file is under 300kb I think. You need to convert your ring tones to MMF to use them as "Text Tones"
