I assume you mean your voicemail? If so, call your voicemail and you can change these settings in the Admin Menu. Listen to the prompts, it will walk you through it.

Hi there,
Save hours of searching online or wasting money on unnecessary repairs by talking to a 6YA Expert who can help you resolve this issue over the phone in a minute or two.

Best thing about this new service is that you are never placed on hold and get to talk to real repairmen in the US.

Here's a link to this great service

Good luck!

Voice Records to Ringtones

I know that this can be done with the media tools in the Motorola Phone Tools software package, but I do not think you can do it on the phone by itself.

Here is some information about the Motorola Phone Tools:

The phone has a Voice Record feature, but I think it's only for a couple of seconds of audio for the voice dialling feature.
Anyways, go to Menu > Office Tools > Voice Records and press the Voice button, located on the right-side of the flip display.

Keypad frozen, still receives calls

Hi, You don't need 2 flash your razr for this problem. What u need is a screen flex cable. The three buttons around the screen are controlled by a flex cable and the voice recorder is connected on this flex cable. This needs replacing but it's very tricky to deal with. I suggest a really good tech that deals with razr's to handle this problem to possibly replace the flex cable. This would solve yor frozen keypad problem. SAM !
