There are many reasons why your game won't load. The most common are scratches/dirt from the disk and incompatible game (PAL/NTSC). If it was working before, clean your game disk and the lens of your wii by using a lens cleanser. If you just bought the game, return it back.
check whether u insert original disk for load the game...........pirated disk can create problems like this....u can easily fix this problem by using repair guide.

need to sent it back to Nintendo and get it fixed, hope you are under
warranty otherwise you will need to pay to fix it, its the console disk
drive that wont work had the same problem with mines
You probably have a dfective disk. I would try to replace it.
If you know anyone with at wii fit, ask them if you could borrow their disk just to try if it works on your system.\
If it does, then your disk is defective.
