My computer wont acknowledge my Zen

I downloaded my software on a different computer. Napster brings up the logo that reads "transfer to portable device" but it wont light up or transfer the tracks. I did send this in for repair not to long ago. Would trhis have anything to do with it?

Zen mp3 player 4gb won't work just got it yesterday

I would suggest you take it back and get another brand. I bought 2 of those and they both kept on having the same problem. I do not that the Creative Zen is good product.

Creative zen music will not play on memory card

I also use Napster. Unfortunately with the music being on the memory card and not on the device itself, Napster detects this and will not play music from the memory card.

There are two things you can do to resolve this, the first one won't cost you anything. Move non-Napster music files to the memory card, leaving only Napster music on the device itself. As a Napster-To-Go device, you'll be able to play and sync without issues. The second is to purchase the tracks from Napster that you want on the memory card. Once you do this, you can play them in any compatible media - not just the Zen device.
