Question about Canon PIXMA MP600 all-In-One InkJet Printer
Hi, i have had my mp600 for about 2 months, everything worked ok, last nite i switched on my computer and tried to print a page, a sign came up saying "printer off line", checked everything all ok, tried it on my other computer all ok, i tried to reload the drivers, it started to load, then up came a message, "a newer version of mp drivers are installed" it wouldn't go any further, i have completly removed all the canon software, deleted registry information, still the same thing comes up when i try to install the driver cd, any ideas?????
Try deleting any previous drivers installed, unplug the printer USB from the computer. Restart the computer run the driver CD leave the printer unplugged then when the cd asks for the printer, power it on and connect it to the computer let it install automatically see if that helps good luck.

Tips for a great answer:
Dec 02, 2011 | Office Equipment & Supplies
your PC/ Laptop and log in to windows.
Go to 'Start'--->Programs--->Accessories--->System Tools--->Click 'System Restore'
A 'System Restore' window will appear.
Here you will have to check "Restore computer to an earlier time' and click Next
Now you will find one Month Calendar window with Dates below, go to the previous month by clicking the '<' sign in the upper left hand corner of the Month Calendar and select any date that you see in Bold.
Note: It is better if you could remember from which date you are
facing the issue, try to select a date prior to that date.
The detail of that particular date should show "System
Checkpoint" and time on the right hand side box. Select that date.
Now, Click on Next and System Restore will start and windows will take a reboot.
After reboot your problem should be resolved.
