Question about GE 28021EE2 Phone
I bought my GE 28021EE2 about 3 months ago. Just recently it will cut off and the display will read searching. Also, I can leave the phone on charge for days, but still cant use it for more the 20 minutes without it going dead.
Unplug the power cord of the phone and plug it in another electric outlet.

Hi,
A 6ya expert can help you resolve that issue over the phone in a minute or two.
Best thing about this new service is that you are never placed on hold and get to talk to real repairmen in the US.
The service is completely free and covers almost anything you can think of (from cars to computers, handyman, and even drones).
click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.
Good luck!

My phone says searching and won't stay charged for more than 20 minutes at a time.
My phone says Searching and I can't make or take phone calls. It switches back and forth from Searching and not able to be used, to normal but it only lasts a few seconds on normal. I have a QCP 2035a Verizon phone by Kyocera.
OMG I am having the same issue... I have to run to another room to get the other handset before the searching stops and it drops the call completely. The charge on the phone sucks! I wonder if its the battery that needs to be replaced??? That probably would be more expensive than buying a new phone... I really thought it was due to my wireless router in the house, but that does not seem to be the issue. The phone is only about a year old now and I have been experiencing this problem for at least 6 months...I have resigned myself to the reality that I will have to buy a new phone. *Sigh*
I have the same problem but i have a Motorola that i bought brand new but 2 years ago
