If its just a USB drive, then you should not really need the CD.. Once you plug in the USB , your computer will look at it as a drive ( as in C: ,D: ) Just drag and drop and this should work

What dsks does the CD player play. Does it play MP3 disks?

mp3 is actually a file format that made larger audio files take up less data space. If you have mp3 audio files on a compact disc(CD) it may play it if the player is designed to recognize the format. This was a much bigger issue years ago. Only way to tell is check the manufacturers specifications or simply try it. Good luck.

HOW I DOWLOAD MY COMPUTER PICTURE TO A CD

  1. Check your computer to see that it has a CD or DVD drive that is capable of burning CDs. This drive may be built into your computer or an external drive. Either type should work equally well.
  2. Make sure you have a CD that can be burned. There are two types of CDs that you can use.
    1. A CD-R (Compact Disc-Recordable) is a Write Once Read Many (WORM) optical medium. This means that once the disk is burned it can not be erased. This type disk is usually used for permanent storage. For example; a music CD, a picture CD, or any other type of data that you want to keep permanently.
    2. A CD-RW (Compact Disc ReWritable) is a rewritable optical disc format. This type of disk can be burned, erase, and then burned again. This type disk is usually used for temporary data storage.
  3. Decide on the type of CD you plan to burn. There are many different types of CDs that can be burned and how you proceed depends on which type you are going to burn. The major types of CD that can be burned are:
    1. Music. This type of CD is the type of CD that is normaly burned for use in a home or automobile CD player.
    2. Data. This type of CD is most often used to store files that can be used by a computer. This type of CD can not be used in a standard home or automobile CD player. They are formatted using the "ISO9660" format, which cannot be read by a standard CD player.
    3. MP3. This is a data CD containing only mp3 compressed music files. Because it is actually an ISO9660 data CD, not all CD players will be able to play it. This type of CD can contain a much larger number of songs than a music CD but can only be played on a computer or CD player specifically designed to play MP3s.
    4. Disk image. A disk image file is a file that contains an exact copy of a disk. The most common type of Disk image is an .ISO image. Disk images are usually used for storing an exact copy of a CD on a computer. By using a computer, one can burn a CD from an .ISO image and create a usable CD.
    5. Ripping. Ripping a CD is the process of taking the audio off of one CD and either storing it on a computer or burning it to a second CD, thereby making a copy of the first CD.

  4. Decide on the software you want to burn your CD with. There are many different programs that are designed to burn CD's. Some are built into the computer's operating system, while others are individual programs. These programs range from very simple to very complex. Some of these are free, while others have to be purchased.

  5. Burn your CD. Burning your CD is as simple as running the software that you are going to burn your CD with, putting a CD into your CD burner, selecting the data to be burned, and then telling the program to burn the CD

My CD shows empty when i finished copying?

I am going to assume that you have a PC running Microsoft Windows OS.

Have you ever tried to play an MP3 file stored on the computer's disk. For example, download the following: Example , by right-clicking that link and selecting to save it to your desktop. Then go to your desktop and double-click it. If it plays, note which application runs it.

If it doesn't, then you may want to install one of dozens of music players you can download and use for free. For example: Windows Media Player or iTunes.

Even if playing a file from your desktop works, it might be good to install a fresh copy of the latest of one of these players.

Next, I would have you load your CD. Note what happens carefully. It may be different once you install a new player. If a dialog pops up and offers to play the CD, then note the name of that application. However, typically they will not offer to play a disk of MP3s because that should be a data disk and not an Audio CD. Tell me how that CD was created. In any case, when that dialog comes up, instead of choosing to play the CD, choose to Explore or Browse. Then copy the files you find on it to your desktop. Now try to double click those files and see if they play. Are they MP3 files? If they are not MP3s, then you probably have an Audio CD and is not well written or your drive is "tired of life." Try another Audio CD that is a commercial product and see if that plays. If so, blame the CD. If it doesn't, then blame the drive. You may be able to update the driver for your drive, but then we are getting much deeper into it than your basic question.

My zen mozaic lx is not reading to my computer

okay, it is not reading because you need the cd it came with and download it onto your cpu.(it has to be the kind of disk port that comes out. if you have the disk port that you just put in, it wont work.) if you have a little computer, and no disk drive, then you have to buy a one that goes into usb.

Downloading software

I feel someone is a little peeved but hey calm down
'HONESTLY.... NO WORRIES & NO PROBLEM'
You have a disk to download music.

Is this a floppy disk or is it a cd?

Some computers nowadays dont come with floppy drives due to They are a little out of date.

Most drivers/programs ect.. are now usually on cd or dvd because it is quicker/easier & well.... Quite cheap.
Now then...
1 stly. If it is a floppy disk read what it says on the front & do a google search for the exact same software
for example...
google (blah blah blah software free download)

& download / run
(blah blah blah) being the software name

IF you have a cd & the cd is smaller than the usual size cd
(DONT WORRY)
These smaller disks are no different to an ordanary cd except they have less disk space on them & they are cheaper.

Put it in your disk drive (In the centre) Close the drive & double click (if it doesnt auto-run) on your cd drive & click on the program & it should load up all being Well.
Note:
You DO NOT have to install software for putting music onto these mp3 players.
If you have a music cd,you Could copy it onto the mp3 just buy popping the cd into the cd drive & copying the track to the mp3 player.
You Also DO NOT have to have software for downloading music onto your mp3 players.
Head over to the I.tunes website (for example) search & find the music you want & download to your mp3.
