I can't get photos' from my phone to pc using USB wire

You can download and install Alcatel PC Suite to your PC and connect the Alcatel 838 to bring all photos and videos on your PC.

At the time of buying the Nokia mobile, we will get one cd in the pack to install in our Pc.
Please install that in the Pc. Then connect the mobile to the Pc using the USB available in the pack.Pc will recognise the mobile.

If the cd is not available in the pack then please download the Ovi suite of N95 from the follwoing link,

Select N95 model from the link and click the Nokia Ovi Suite version and download. Install that in the Pc.

To get the PC Suite for the Mobile Phones any Branded...and Model..,You can search in Online and Download is Manually..

If your pc want to recognise your phone, you need to install motorola pc suite in your system. That will be available in the CD that you got with mobile. If you are not having you can download from internet freely from motorola web site. After installing connect your phone to pc through usb cable and open pc suite phone will get recognise.

have you tried going to your settings and ajusting the volume frrom there?

Go to the Nokia website of your area and download the latest Nokia PC Suite for your model of phone. (it's free)
Before you download you need the correct USB cable (Nokia CA-70 USB Data Cable) for your phone, if you've already got it don't plug it in until the Nokia PC Suite asks you to.
