Sounds like you are all ready on top of this, but here goes.
Taking an electric meter, begin by checking the socket the plug goes in to.
If fine, next take the plate off the back of the machine ( if there is one) and check inside the back of the machine to see if the terminals are getting current.
Next, take the machine apart and check all of the items that can cause this.
They are the 1) fuse, 2) the thermostats ( there are as many as 5), 3 ) the door switch, 4) the motor, and finally, 5) the heating element.
If it all is good, perhaps you are in the market for a new timer.
