Go to (Start > Control Panel > Hardware and Sound > Add a device) Check for connected devices. You can also go to (Start > Control Panel > Hardware and Sound > Add Printer > Local) check the USB1, 2, 3 options is available for using an existing port. The options are LPT1, 2, 3 (Printer Port) | COM1, 2, 3, 4 (Serial Port) | FILE (Print to File) | TPVM (Thin Print) | XPSPort. Select the appropriate port and try it…..
