Question about Televison & Video
Hello Cstan88086, verify that the contacts of the batteries in the remote control, are clean, without any type of insulating dirt
You can test if your remote control emits, with the help of a camera, turn on the camera and point the emitting LED of the control to the camera, press any button and through the camera, you should see that the emitting LED turns on, if it does not happen you have a problem with the remote control
If you have technical knowledge, you can replace the issuing Led
I hope you can solve the problem

Saludos Franco Dosil

I have a similar problem. The remote works for 5 to 10 minutes then no longer works. If I take the batteries out of the remote for 10 minutes (or longer) and reinstall them, the remote will again work for 5 to 10 minutes. I got a replacement remote from Frys and it behaved the same way.

SOURCE: I have a 42 inch
We need to check the functionality of the remote.
Press and hold the up volume button, watch the light (led) on the remote.
If the remote is workingyou will see a slight pulsing of the light.
If it is not working the light will stay bright with no pulse.
Let me know what you find
I can assist further.
