Same. My GHW9150P front won't drain either. I run the manual drain recommendation from the owners manual (drain cycle for 12 minutes). But it stops after 10 minutes with an F02 error message. Am directed to then look for a kink in the drain hose, but that's not the problem. Help!

The filter on your pump is probably clogged with lint and other stuff. Lift washer up a bit. You have to remove the bottom front panel, 3 screws. The panel will drop and come off. Drain off excess water from the drain pipe you see. The white filter cover is right in front. Get yourself a bunch of towels or a good big plastic bag to collect water or a wet vac. Unscrew the filter cover and twist the filter out. Clean out all the stuff and put it back in.

You don't say if it is a front loader or a top loader. my guess would be a top loader and it is probably a belt problem

Possible there is no drive voltage to the motor at this point of cycle, could be due to fault in the controller unit.
Need to check the voltage on the unit to confirm this case as the drain gets connected..

Please check your inlet water hose for any clogging that may be stopping the proper flow. some machines are programmed to get filled in particular given interval of time. they need proper pressure to properly work. Remove the hose and clean the wire mesh filter.

Roper washing machine fills and washes, but when it gets to the spin cycle there is no sound and it won,t spin.

Hi m3gamma1,

Before the Spin Cycle should start, all water must be drained out of the machine. If it does not start, it could likely mean the Drain pump may be clogged. Please follow my below tip on the fix:

ACCESS, DRAIN & CLEAN THE DRAIN PUMP FILTER...

If this does not help, the drain pump may be faulty.

Kind Regards

Washer won't spin

Hi hometownrock,

The washing machine may have a problem draining the water, if it cannot drain the water, then the cycle will not progress to Spin. You may have a foreign object in the Drain Pump Filter, this must be checked.

Please follow my below Tip on how to do this:

ACCESSING, DRAINING & CLEANING THE DRAIN PUMP FILTER...

Kind Regards

My samsung washing machine J1453S is having a problem with spinning, no problem with loading water, drive belt is fine.

Hi donna sarmie,

It could be your machine is stuck on the drain cycle, and won't continue to spin, because the drain filter is clogged.

You may need to clean the Drain Filter, please find my Tip below on the procedure:
