Bosch sgs43a32uk/01 dishwasher

I've had this dishwasher for a few years but lately it has been leaking from the seal around the door and it has not been draining the dirty water away. I have ordered a new seal and am just waiting for it to arrive. Although the outlet pipe is quite long (about 1.5-2 metres) it has been draining fine until recently. Can you advise me what I should look for and how to change the door seal. Thanks

Clean filter outlet, pipe is ok ..remove stainless steal screws in side door it should be easy to fit seal then.

Bosch Dishwasher drain mechanism starts itself a few hours after a completed cycle and won't stop. I reset the dishwasher, but it remains unusable for a few days. If I turn on the dishwasher, th

this could mean there is water leak and it collects at the base of the dishwasher leading to moisture detection circuit tripping. when you leave it for a few days the water dries up and trip is removed. check door seals for leak most likely at the base of the door. turn power off when working on dishwasher.

Dishwasher leaks from the bottom of the door

Hi, if it is leaking around/under the door, it must be the seal around the door. Check to see if the seal needs to be pushed in somewhere or is damaged..
Try running the cycle with no dishes in the washer and see if it leaks, it sounds like a gasket in the door to me and you can also check hose by removing the front panel on floor and check there....

Inspect the door gasket. As it ages, the gasket can crack or become hard, preventing it from sealing completely.
If the gasket appears solid, adjust the door latch so the door seals tightly. Loosen the screw that holds the door latch to the cabinet. Push the latch in slightly and re tighten the screw. Test the door and readjust the latch if necessary.
Replace the gasket if water continues to leak after you've tightened the latch. Most gaskets are held by compression in a groove on the door or on the dishwasher cabinet.

How to change a drain pump in Bosch dishwasher?

Are you sure you need the pump? I have written a guide you should review before you go through the hassle of the pump. Read it thoroughly and follow the directions. If you replace the pump and it is not the problem, you'll be going through all of these steps anyway.

Bosch sgs5312gb leak

More than the door seal, check the water level is not stuck down or sinking. If the appliance is leaking from the door, this is often because of overfilling. If the machine is not overfilling, then replace the door seal.

Enter the model number on one of two websites below to get parts and diagrams for your appliance:

Dishwasher leaking around the bottom of the door

I had the same problem in 2004, lots of Bosch trained repair techs, calls to Bosch, and the appliance dealer we purchased it from with no answers. Our kitchen cabinet bases were ruined by the flooding that occured. After months of trying to get help I insisted on speaking to a supervisor that told me it was my fault for putting a flexible cutting board on the right side a blocking the vent. I told her that no where in the manual did it mention this issue and none of their trained techs were aware of this flaw in their design. When I asked about getting my cabinets repaired she said that was not an option. When I mentioned possible legal action her response was "good luck with that". Here it is 2009 and they recently called about a possible fire hazard recall for the control panel. The Bosch trained tech that came out to complete the repair knew nothing about the vent/flooding issue.

Bosch Dishwasher Door Leaking Steam

Pull the seal that is on the tank 1/2 way out then close the door. This will make sure the door is tight to the seal. This happens sometimes that the seal becomes flattened. I have been using this trick on Bosch dishwashers since this series came out in 1997.
