We have a Viking Designer Series 140. It appears the upper rotating arm is not rotating. We checked the basicsclogs, etc) but are unable to rectify the problem. Any ideas?

could be the water valve silenoid connection clip to the power source has been disconnected, 2) water valve is clogged with debris, 3) water valve silenoid has gone bad. I think one of these three things may be your problem. Good Luck
