I've just had this problem today and couldn't find any advice either. My battery was low and 'sent messages' box was fairly full. I charged it up, emptied the sent box, switched phone off and removed battery. I took sim out and gave it a wipe before replacing it. Switched it back on and it's working again! Not very technical, I know but it seems to have worked! It's driven me mad all day! Hope this helps????!
put the charger on it and leave it for an hour, it may need a good charge to even get switched on. If that doesn't do it then you will most likely have to but a new battery. If that is the case, I would first take it to the store where you bought it and ask them to test the battery and charging system for u, a free service.
Solved own problem. Bad conection between pcb and battery contact pins. Reheat each battery pin on the pcb carefully until solder reflow occurs then remove heat. PDA now repaired
Hi this problem is going to ba faulty battery i had the same problem after replacing the battery it was fine. The problem was a couple of bad cells inside the battery but what your supposed to do to prolong the life of the battery is to let it go totally flat once a month i mean totally flat so it wont even light phone up then do full charge this keeps the cells good in the battery so remember to do this often should keep the battery lasting ages let me know if you need further assistance
Thanks very much. Have tried replacing the battery 4 times already, still the same problem... :-(
