I searched the entire internet for this issue including driverguide and no results

PCI device usually are devices attached to its PCI slot... If you have inserted one, that needs to install its drivers too. If none, one driver is not installed very well or not installed at all, that maybe the modem or the sound card is not working very well. Check out your settings if you have missing devices, then install from CD that comes with your computer... Keep me posted.
