Tha charging port iz no longer working and tha phone no longer turns on because of tha dead battery. and tha battery aint taking no charge. please help me

Remove the battery & let them sit separately for 5 minutes insert the battery & charge it. Make sure the outlet is working (sometimes the are switched with a light switch). If baterry is completely dead, it will take longer to charge. Give it at least overnight. If battery is getting hot & phone still doesn't work after a good charge then the battery is most likely dead for good. Time to get another. If battery is cold after a lengthy charge then the battery is dead for good.
It sounds like it may possibly be a dead charging block - can you try another battery to see if it turns on - if so then try to put your battery into another xperia. If it works on tha then it will be either the charger or the charging block.
Either the charger port on the phone is faulty or the charger itself. Try a different charger if you can and if this works, the dock is faulty, if it doesn't then its the phone. Pretty simple repair and most Treo repair centres will be able to do it.
It might be because its an old battery. I had a phone for 3 years and everytime I took it off the charger maybe 20 minutes later it'd be down a bar or two. You should try taking it to the place you bought it and ask them.
