Question about Minolta magicolor 2300W Laser Printer
Though I'm not familiar with this model, the common problems for paper jamming include: Rollers which have become slick after substantial use; Something caught in the paper path- a tiny piece of paper or other foreign object; Something broken in the paper path- a guide etc- anything which would cause the paper to misalign.; A broken gear in the mechanism drive (a single broken tooth is likely enough); Paper sensor which isn't working right, or associated lever broken or not operating freely.
I have seen defective stepper motor drive circuity in an older HP laser.
