Hola, por lo que comentas, o la fuente de alimentaci?n que alimenta la retroiluminacion de la pantalla, no esta trabajando, o se corto la cinta de interconexion, que da la imagen a la pantalla, prueba en un lugar obscuro, si llegas a ver la imagen, si la ves, el problema esta en la retroiluminacion
Comenta la Marca y modelo, para poder encontrar una posible sugerencia para la soluci?n de tu inquietud

Hola Nuevamente, bien, por el modelo y que se puede ver en la pantalla, en una habitaci?n obscura, el problema esta dentro del aparato, en la fuente que alimenta la retroiluminacion de pantalla
No he podido conseguir el manual de servicio, para estudiar el circuito
Sigue habiendo dos posibilidades, una, que la cinta plana, que lleva la imagen+ la alimentaci?n, se encuentre cortada en la conexi?n de alimentaci?n, la otra es que realmente no funcione la fuente de los Leds y por eso no se ve la imagen
Les sugiero buscar un servicio t?cnico especializado
Espero logren resolver el problema

I had a similar problem on my Fujitsu-Siemens Lifebook C-1020 and I had to replace both the C/C inverter that the CCFL lamp. Easy to find/replace the inverter (only take care of input/output plugs), tricky to find/replace the CCFL lamp (because of diameter, lenght and toxic Hg content).
