I have a perfect picture but know sound Konka k2386u I don't have a remote control either so I don't have a code. It alway worked good before is there a mute button I don't know about?

unhooked the cable box and tried to use the volume button. Volume moves but still no sound.

Picture is perfect - the sound just went away. We've tried everything we can think of but nothing is happening.
